Anthony Lupo received his doctorate from Purdue and is currently the principal investigator at the Global Climate Change Group. The Global Climate Change Group investigates how global climate change may impact long-term weather patterns and the growing season in the Midwest. He has written 80 papers on factors that influence large-scale weather patterns. Lupo is also a member of the Intergovermental Panel on Climate Change, which shared the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize with Al Gore. Lupo was a Fulbright to Russia at the Russian Academy of Science in 2003-2004, and again to Russia’s Belgorod State University in 2014-2015.
