Seonghee Cho

Cho received her M.B.A from KyungHee University and M.S. Purdue University; Ph.D. in Hospitality Administration from University of Nevada, Las Vegas.  Dr. Cho has been teaching in the Hospitality Management program at University of Missouri since 2004. She is a member of Society for Human Resource Management, Academy of Management and Internal Council on Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Education. Her current research interests include impacts of human resource interventions on organizational performance, data-driven human resource management, and technology and human resource management. She has received three external grants, a total of $650,386 including USDA grant. She has published articles in journals such as Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Research, Cornell Hotel and Restaurant Administration Quarterly, International Journal of Hospitality Management, Journal of Hospitality & Tourism Education, Journal of Human Resources in Hospitality and Tourism, FIU Hospitality and Tourism Review, and Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Studies.
